Based at our Head Office in Allet, Truro we are currently seeking a Commercial Manager to join our team.

You will have overall responsibility for all commercial activities undertaken by our installations department and actively manage the quantity surveying function including preparing project estimates, costing and pricing and monitoring and developing the effectiveness of contract and commercial control systems.

You will have experience as a Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Manager and be responsible for setting up and reviewing forms of contract used for both clients and sub-contractors, and will project manage small schemes as required.

The successful applicant will have experience in the water, environmental and civil engineering industry and be used to working to both financial and time targets and be motivated to achieve them.

Salary dependent on previous experience and qualifications.
