What Our Customers Say...

Following an earlier objection and planning refusal, H2OK became involved in a project in Hayle, Cornwall. In this case the Environment Agency removed their objection to the development:

The site has now, however, been demonstrated by H2OK to be an appropriately defended site. Development of the site may therefore be acceptable.”

Further to our appeal statement of the 05 September 2005 the Environment Agency therefore removes it’s objection to this proposal on flood risk grounds”.
